Web Design Terms & Conditions
Project Initiation & Payments
Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance is required to start any project. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared immediately upon website completion and before the site goes live on the client’s domain.
Renewal Fees: Renewal charges (Hosting, Domain, and Maintenance) are due 15 days before the expiry date. Failure to pay may lead to temporary website suspension by the service provider.
Refund Policy: Once the design work has started or the domain/hosting has been purchased, no refunds will be issued.
Client Responsibilities
Content & Media:The client is responsible for providing all text, high-resolution logos, and images. Leadnexa is not responsible for copyright issues regarding images provided by the client.
Approval Process:Once a design layout is chosen from the suggested options (as per the package), major layout changes later in the process may incur additional “Revision Charges.”
Delay in Content:If the client fails to provide content within 15 days of the start date, the project timeline will be extended accordingly.
Scope of Work
Package Limits: Features are strictly limited to what is mentioned in the chosen package. Any extra pages, functionality, or third-party API integrations will be billed separately.
Third-Party Fees: While we integrate payment gateways (Razorpay/Paytm), any transaction fees or “per-sale” commissions charged by those platforms are the client’s responsibility.
Standard Support: Post-launch support includes fixing technical bugs. It does not include adding new products, changing banners, or writing new blogs unless a “Monthly Maintenance” plan is active.
Technology & Intellectual Property
Ownership:Upon full payment, the client owns the front-end design and content. Leadnexa retains the right to display the project in our portfolio.
Custom Code:For React JS or Node.js projects, the source code ownership remains with Leadnexa unless a “Full Code Transfer” agreement is signed.
