To protect both Leadnexa and your clients, include these standard terms in your service agreement:
1.Ad Spend Excluded: The monthly service fee covers management only. The actual advertising budget (paid to Meta) must be paid directly by the client via their own credit/debit card attached to the Ads Manager.
2.Payment Terms: All service fees are payable 100% in advance at the start of each 30-day billing cycle.
3.No Guarantee of Sales: While we guarantee professional optimization to lower CPC and increase reach, final sales/conversions depend on the client's product quality, pricing, and website landing page.
4.Creative Approvals: All ad creatives (graphics/videos) must be approved by the client before going live. Leadnexa is not responsible for copyright issues on client-provided materials.
5.Termination: Either party can terminate the agreement with a 15-day or 30-day written notice. No refunds are provided for the current active month.
6.Account Access: The client must provide "Advertiser" or "Admin" access to their Meta Business Suite and Ad Account to initiate services.
7.Platform Policy: Leadnexa is not liable if Meta rejects ads or suspends accounts due to the client’s industry (e.g., restricted categories like Finance, Real Estate, or Health) or past policy violations.
