Service & Recording Guarantee: Leadnexa guarantees professional effort and a consistent volume of 50 calls per working day for the Pro and Elite packages. We will share regular call recordings as proof of work and for your internal quality monitoring.
No Conversion Guarantee: We guarantee high-quality outreach and prospect engagement; however, we do not provide a guarantee for final sales or closed deals. Success depends on the client’s final sales pitch, pricing, and product value.
Minimum Commitment: To allow for data gathering, script optimization, and follow-up cycles, a minimum of 3 months' payment in advance is mandatory for all new contracts.
Client Responsibilities:
Data Provision: The client must provide the calling data/prospect list.
The Pitch: The client must provide the base "peech" or training materials.
Call Recording Compliance:
Leadnexa will include a brief disclosure (e.g., "This call is recorded for quality purposes") at the start of calls where legally required to ensure compliance.
Recorded data is for the client's internal use only and must be handled according to data privacy laws.
Non-Inclusion of Paid Ads: This service is purely for manual outbound cold calling. Paid promotion services (Facebook/Google Ads) are not included in these monthly fees.
