Service Definitions & Guarantee

Guarantee of Effort:Leadnexa guarantees the delivery of a Good Prospect List and the execution of Professional Outreach as per the package volume.
No Conversion Guarantee:We do not provide a guarantee for final sales conversions or revenue. Success depends on the client’s product fit, pricing, and the ability of the client’s sales team to close the deal.
Qualified Lead Definition:A "Qualified Lead" is defined as a prospect who meets the ICP criteria and has responded with interest (e.g., requested a call, demo, or more information).

Client Requirements & Access

Account Access: The client must provide administrative access to their professional LinkedIn profile and Business Email ID for outreach purposes. Onboarding: A 30-minute strategy call is mandatory at the start to define the target audience (ICP) and qualification criteria.

Updated Payment Terms

Advanced Cycle: A minimum of 3 months' payment in advance is required to begin any outreach campaign. This covers the initial research, technical setup, and foundational outreach phase. Non-Inclusion of Ads: These fees cover manual outreach and expertise. Paid promotion (Google/Meta Ads) is not included and must be funded separately if requested.

Data Privacy & Ownership

Exclusivity: Leads and prospects generated during the campaign are for the exclusive use of the client and will not be resold to competitors. Confidentiality: Leadnexa will maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and communication logs.
