1.Service Scope: This package is a Listing Service Only. Leadnexa provides the contact data; we do not perform outreach, cold calling, or appointment setting under this specific plan.
2.Payment Terms: A 100% advance payment is required for lead quantities under 500. For the Enterprise Pack, a 3-month advanced payment cycle applies to ensure consistent data mining.
3.Data Accuracy: We use multi-layer verification tools to ensure a 95% deliverability rate on email IDs. If more than 5% of the emails bounce within 48 hours of delivery, Leadnexa will replace those specific leads free of charge.
4.No Guarantee of Conversion: Leadnexa provides high-quality prospects, but we do not guarantee sales, meetings, or responses. Conversion depends entirely on the client’s outreach strategy and offer.
5.Exclusion of Paid Ads: This service does not include any paid promotion, sponsored listings, or ad-spend management.
6.Usage Policy: Leads are provided for the client's internal use only. Reselling or distributing Leadnexa's researched lists to third parties is strictly prohibited.
7.Replacement Policy: Replacement requests for "invalid data" must be submitted within 7 working days of list delivery.
